Do not understand health issues that come up and will fire if too much work is missed for said health issues even with doctor's notes.

The cafeteria staff and food is absolutely marvelous, though surely underpaid. Luckily, nobody needs to go through the (sometimes as much as) 5 month process to begin work here, just walk up and eat at the cafeteria. It's lovely - and perhaps better - without employment.

The toxicity rumors the last few, well, decades are true - and appear to be unfortunately far worse once inside than they were from the external. I was deeply surprised by this. What saddened me the most was to find out that the roots of this comes from literally the highest echelons. It's disgusting, but it's the entire actual C-Suite that's the cause of the problems, all while smiling speak about how they're building a culture of "keeping our eyes on our own papers, and trusting our colleagues to do the same." This was a literal statement ripped directly from the most recent Town Hall.
