      The people are largely very nice.

      Cons

      No workplace culture. A dictator at the helm with a military background who has no interest in people. Too many old school thinkers still around to block progress.

      Everyone understands that teaching is a hard job, so try to be nice to each other.

      Cons

      It's hard to get the proper training, and you have to learn as you go, but everything else is good.
