I am sorry that we have not meet your expectations. As of the post date it shows that you are are a current employee. I am not sure if you are still employed with us, but if you are I hope that you will give us a chance to make things right for you. I would like to better understand how you think we are being misleading, and how we can make your time at BoxSupport more enjoyable and fulfilling.
As you already know, BoxSupport is a startup company and has grown extremely fast, adding over 100 employees in our first six months. Although we have gotten many things right, with our rapid growth we have also gotten many things wrong, and will continue to make mistakes as we go. I know that we cannot be a perfect employer to everyone, but please know that our leadership team is committed to providing an enjoyable working environment and is continually looking for ways to insure the satisfaction and longevity of our employees.
I take every review personally and welcome all concerns communicated to me in a constructive manner so that we can make proper adjustments. Having a seemingly endless to-do list, some items take longer to complete than others. If you stick with us long enough, keep a good attitude, and work hard at your position, I promise you that all the promises made regarding your employment will be more than fulfilled.
