Just came in at the wrong time and got laid off very early.

- Before the layoffs, the team was full of talented and friendly individuals - The office was very nice

- The leadership, especially the C-Suite, seems out of touch—they’re not listening to employees, the data is inconsistent, and the layoffs might have been prevented if they had prioritized listening to the teams, improving data infrastructure, and setting egos aside. - The company isn't truly tech-focused; it's more of a traditional container company but without the same level of effectiveness. - Women aren’t given the same opportunities for advancement or the same voice as their male counterparts.
