Terrible company - Project Director Brain Group Employee Review

The absolute most toxic work environment and culture I have ever experienced . Not very competitive pay. Absolutely zero interest in their employees .Overworking employees and demanding unrealistic expectations and task management. TERRIBLE LEADERSHIP, SUPPORT AND DECISION MAKING. A real cloak and dagger kind of company, you never know when you’re going to be the next one fired for whatever reason they choose. The question is always “how can we take, with providing bare minimum”. “Benefits” are more of a liability as well.
