Cons
- The entire operation runs on favoritism instead of actual performance, and that becomes exhausting very quickly.
- I watched hardworking people get ignored or pushed out while management favorites received every opportunity handed to them, and nobody seemed to care how blatantly unfair everything was.
- Decisions that should have been simple became painfully dragged out because someone always needed approval from a friend first, and if you were not part of that circle, your voice meant nothing.
- It was not even subtle. Everyone knew exactly what was happening, yet everyone acted like it was somehow acceptable.
- I came in believing hard work and performance actually mattered here, but that belief disappeared fast.
