      Pros

      I have been working in Brainstack from quite some time, and now i feel like sharing my experiences. 1. Administration is too good, they listen our queries(if any) and make sure to address them earliest. 2. Work Life balance is perfect. 3. Great opportunity for growth, as our work is noticed and appreciated. 4. Good Salary to start with(an important factor) 5. No micro-management, deliverables and time allocation given priorities. 6. Excellent work experience, and personal growth. 7. Strong Team Culture, where everyone works for the overall growth of self and organization.

      Cons

      During my tenure till now, frankly i didn't find even a single con as of now. No politics crap and that itself cleans all the clouds of cons.

      A small but efficient team of software engineers and techies. Strictly follow performance-based growth policies, allowing you to get leapfrog growth in your career if you are a performer. Flexbile work timings Great growth opportunities are available it being a start-up. Well-defined work-related processes. Employee-friendly policies. Open and transparent culture with the core team open to inputs from the team.

      Cons

      Small team size might be a kind of deterrent for some people, but simultaneously, it opens up a new horizon of opportunities with you always in focus.
