I faced a very difficult personal situation during my time with the company. While I was pregnant, I had to return to my parent's home due to mistreatment from my husband and in-laws. Despite explaining my circumstances, the HR manager was not willing to offer me the flexibility of working from home. After being with the company for only four months, I was forced to resign, adding further emotional distress to an already challenging time. I believe the company could have shown more compassion and understanding during such a personal crisis.
