During the summer you should typically have good hours.
Cons
You required to work open to close 5 days a week or “ youre not a team player”. They hire you at one location and move you across town if they think you fit better there. Constant belittling with very minimal positive reinforcement. The benefits are terrible unless you just want dental or vision otherwise they’re taking about 1/4 of your check. They do not care about work life balance and couldn’t care less about your family life. The highest you’ll get in terms of career ladder is to a store manager anything past that you’ll be in your position for years. You don’t even want to know about how they treat technicians. The turnover rate is high for a reason. Also upper management is slightly racist. They’ll never admit but look at the management for the southern Nevada locations there’s a “profile” you have to fit into.
