Maybe the size/space, but it will get better.

The co-workers are great. Intelligent capable, techs that all work together as a team. Casual, friendly atmosphere. Management is smart, capable and focused on growth, also willing to pitch in along with everybody else. I ended up a short-term employee due to unusual personal circumstances, but I had hoped and expected to finish my career there.

just the standards of any growing company - keeping track of all the details, but everybody is willing to pitch in as needed.
