Best job I've had so far, still far from perfect - Disputes Analyst Branch Employee Review

-prides itself on transparency while being secretive about things -doesn't value employees -didn't offer opportunities in line with my experience -at times abusive and harsh atmosphere -no 401k match -frequent management turnover, aimless management -more focused on outsourcing and AI than focusing on using the talents/ skills of their many skilled internal employees -unclear/ changing metrics & goals -seemingly offers no actual product or service
