Pros
I am happy to have seen huge improvements in the last few years. It really feels like everyone is on the same team and finding their best position. The company is growing, finding good projects and clients to work with, and everyone seems to really care about what they are doing. Overall, it feels like everyone is working on the same team, not backstabbing for that next promotion. -Great company culture, a marketing team that focuses on promoting externally and internally. (frequent celebrations to get everyone together) -Co-workers and mangers really listen. If you have a problem, concern, or idea, you will be heard and probably asked to pursue it more! -There are lots of opportunities for advancement. If you take the initiative, management will move you to where you want to be. Upward mobility is a little slow, just like any engineering firm. There is just too much to learn. -Interesting projects, and plenty of them.
Cons
-Busy, as always. The company is growing and there is lots of work to do. Can get stressful at times. But better busy than bored. -You may have to search for a mentor, rather than having a go-to guide paired up with you. However, if you ask, most of the team will go out of their way to help out.
