Pros
Work life balance is good. Work conditions are clean and accessible. Coworkers are nice.
Cons
No progression. Management at the mid level is very questionable and he can be old school in some attitudes regarding women . Senior level management doesn’t seem very connected to floor operations and their decisions reflect that. No financial bonuses whatsoever, for full and part time sales staff.
