A very strange place - Anonymous employee Brand View Employee Review

A business obsessed with outward appearances - shiny, modern office; glossy marketing. Scratch the surface however and what lies beneath is chaotic and disorganised. No clear strategy or direction and very reactive as a consequence. Certain people in positions of authority abuse it and are accommodated despite their outrageous behaviour. Some may appreciate the soft benefits like free soft drinks and pool table but this only serves to mask the lack of pension, healthcare, bonus scheme, poor salary and lack of career path.
