While they may have been disorganized previously (from what I gather from other reviews), since I have been here, they have implemented a fantastic system to hold everyone accountable (without micromanaging). Benefits are amazing, and they really truly care about the team and the clients.

Slow to sometimes implement changes, but the good thing is they don't forget.

The CEO buys grottos and boats for himself while his company loses money year over year and lays off staff to cover.

They do not treat you like a human. Just something to extract. Will Nelson COO: “you’d be selling pens if it made me money”. Nothing but greed runs this place.
