Pros

Mostly great group of people to work with who like to have fun (events out, holiday celebrations, monthly lunch provided and weekly Friday breakfast). Grow multi-tasking skills like: become a budget-pro (creating proposals, tracking expenses, etc), manage internal resources and client relationships and needs, plus continue knowledge of branding.

Cons

Some upper management can have rather large egos, making partnerships challenging. There are seasons of being piled too high with work, and other seasons feeling underemployed.

Pros

The team at Brandimage is exceptional. We're almost like a family...we know each other's strengths and weaknesses and that helps us work better together. And there are lots of cultural norms like Friday breakfasts, Halloween costumes, chili cook offs and pop-a-shot tournaments and Patti's Christmas party that makes the culture really fun and uniquely Brandimage. What unites us is a huge drive for excellence. Most everyone goes the extra mile to ensure that the client is happy and the work is great! People are passionate about design and strategy and it shows! There is no stopping at just ok, everyone wants amazing and is willing to work at it. Lastly, the team is talented. Some of the best creative thinkers and tier 1 designers in the game! It's a pleasure to work with these people!

Cons

While the vast majority of people are stellar, there are some folks who don't pull their weight and there is little action or accountability from senior management to weed them out. Also, there are not a lot of opportunities for advancement so we've lost some fantastic junior people. Lastly, the parent company often seems out of touch - spending millions of dollars on new IT systems and tone-deaf corporate communications instead of investing in employees in this people and ideas driven business.
