      Pros

      I am a bit surprised reading some of the reviews here. Management is very open to new ideas, and to let groups fail till they succeed (or don't). I am not sure whats here to criticize? Catered lunches on the days we work from the office, work from home several days a week, Unlimited PTO as long as you inform your manager. They recently let the M/A department go to focus on the existing acquired companies,

      Cons

      They took over a failing business, so sales are sketchy there - but the other brands acquired represent great opportunity. It stinks outside the office - sewage processing plant. We share the building with Crumbl so definitely worse for them.

      Pros

      Thoroughly loved my time and the team at Brandless prior to the CEO change and company shakeup in late 2023. Bright, hardworking, incredible people. 5 Star CEO and company leadership prior to late 2023.

      Cons

      The owner/board does not honor their commitments or contracts. They are both in the company, and in community, disparaging their former and current employees with a false narrative. They lack integrity and the business strategy to take the company where it could have gone. I would warn anyone against doing business with the owner/board. The new CEO and team lacked the experience needed and were fed false information, which will inhibit their ability to grow.
