Pros

Brandography is an exceptional company. The environment and culture is highly creative, supportive, and encouraging. Personal and professional development is emphasized, every employee is asked to contribute ideas, and these ideas are always listened to and considered. Clients include everyone from small start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. As a result, employees work on an incredibly diverse range of projects. There are plenty of opportunities to learn and grow and find the areas you are particularly interested in. The office is also dog-friendly, which is always a plus!

Cons

Due to the fast-paced, creative environment, you can expect to be immediately put on a project – the "warm-up" time is short. While this can be a great learning experience, it is also challenging at times.

Pros

The people that work at Brandography really work together as a team. When questions get asked people help out and go out of their way to make you feel included. They truly want you to succeed and grow your career. 38% of the staff are women and they span all areas of the business, from technical to management. This provides diversity in how we serve our clients.

Cons

Agency life is fast and diverse. We serve many clients. If you don't like a fast pace or can't stay organized you may not like working at this agency. (or any agency for that matter)

Pros

Collaborative: Not a lot of agencies have a diverse skilled group of collaborative minds.  Its common here to be in a brainstorm with developers, Sales, Management and design working as one.  Intelligent: Simply: I have learned more here in the last 6 months then in the last 6 years combined.  Everyone is experienced and you are constantly learning from each other. Supportive culture: It's common to see everyone working hard and celebrating hard together.

Cons

Brandography is not huge but big enough for all sizes of projects and clients.
