They don't care about the health of the employees. They purposely make your life hell so you can be the one to quit. They reduce wages because they themselves did not plan well and now deduct below the Portuguese minimum wage. Lack of working conditions, I had to work without air conditioning with more than 30 degrees celsius, even though I pointed that out, they said there was no harm.
