Friendly coworkers, research managers are willing to mentor, and good exposure to different industries and sectors. Built a lot of skills in data quality control/delivery excellence.

The pay is significantly below market rate, and the benefits are not very competitive. The 401(k) match does not begin until either six months or one year of employment (I don’t recall the exact timing). The company also hires a large number of interns without a clear path to promotion, seemingly to reduce benefit costs, which negatively impacts morale and overall team efficiency. There is limited encouragement of big-picture thinking, and junior team members are often siloed into primarily executional or administrative tasks. Client exposure is minimal, with few opportunities to observe how insights are presented or to attend client meetings. This can make it difficult for those looking to grow their careers and develop a broader understanding of the business.
