Pros

"Before joining BreezeMaxWeb, I wasn't sure of how long I would stay with the firm, but having worked with the firm for the past year I can definitely envision myself for a long time into the future. Here's a few reasons why: - Vertically integrated: an abundance in roles that you can work towards. For instance, if you like being more involved in sales, you can align yourself to a path with integrating sales; if you like consulting, there's a consulting practice; if you like training and developing people, you can be involved in that. - Training: they have a lot of training modules available that you can join virtually and physically in a classroom setting. - Innovative: they're really involved with coming up with the best solutions so innovation is at the core of the company - Dynamic work environment: within the consulting practice, your work and role will evolve with every project you're assigned."

Cons

Your project may not always be what you envisioned, and it's not always easy getting out of it. The good thing here though is that it's normally short, so there's an end in sight.

Pros

I've been working with BreezeMax since 2010. Never once have I been concerned about being stuck. The company has grown to accommodate modern marketing world and that's why I've been able to grow here for so long.

Cons

Things are constantly changing! It's digital marketing! The core service is steady but there are always so many new pieces to consider-- especially for long time clients.

Pros

As I am here to share the reality of this workplace, I won't bother to write something fake and positive here. It was bad, really bad.

Cons

The leadership is terrible. They make bad decisions constantly, and employees suffer as a result. Their awful decisions include outsourcing everything to India and compromising on quality. They lie to clients about many things, including deliverables. The ambiance is horrible, too. Employees are asked to handle the workloads of at least three people. If you refuse, these evil people tell you that you are not doing a good job. What a joke! They have to understand quality vs. quantity. Most of the clients are treated poorly, too. Unless they are one of the big ones, they are not worth caring for. As a result, they are losing clients constantly. It's horrible. They will sink soon if they don't change their attitude.
