Pros

a few good eggs that validate mutual woes and challenges and do not mask their delusion to meet team and individual quotas as overly positive “encouragement” and genuinely try to lend a helping hand, company offsite events that happen 2-3 times a year to connect with people, $200 monthly wfh stipend

Cons

-unequipped, under-qualified, and emotional unintelligent management that frequently contradicts themselves and plays favorites with sdrs that drink the kool aid instead of finding ways to boost moral for the majority.. -sdrs have been told for months that there will be “opportunities for growth” around their one year mark and yet its been nothing but crickets from upper management .. -quotas are laughably unattainable unless you want to be apart of the few that work 14 hour days in order to make that extra $1.5k a month… - due to the above, team moral is abysmal and burnt out. there is no sense of strong leadership or direction, team all hands feel performative and disingenuous, and since a bulk of the sdrs were fresh out of college upon being hired there is no empathy for empty promises leaving many feeling trapped til they can secure a promotion that may never come no matter how much they schmooze… -constant changes with either very little to no heads up at all and an unrealistic expectation to stay on the same page .. -frequent crashes+bugs+work arounds that waste time..
