Pros
Do not joined this kind of fraud company as a recruiter or with any other position. All are sitting for only getting benefit. Company don't have any proper policy as well as Incentive structure. all fraud people joined with their fake experience including Manager. They even do not how to recruit the candidate and they managing hardworking recruiter. if any recruiter doesn't agree with any point then they suddenly taking all login credential from recruiter and then after putting false complain and fired. They are taking incentive from recruiter and fired. very cheap and third class activities going on. Don't have any single clients. Once you place candidates then they making new offer later with new date and 1 month probation period then they will show their original face.
