If you work hard and prove yourself you will go far.

Could work from home more and can be very busy at time but it helps gain knowledge.

Relax, no overtime work, you can come to work late and leave early and gossiping all day without any productive work and get paid. Some people work half day. They did not even sit on their desk but chatting by window standing for three hours and left the office. Good company if you are not looking for career advancement but layback

Very high staff turnover. Not for positive career progress. They have two buildings but all of the employees in the both buildings will know any tiny gossip in no delay. It is very quick to spread gossip. Watch your mouth
