Pros

Colleagues are great at least.

Cons

Leadership here is awful. The CTO is unpredictable, micro-aggressive, narcissistic, and only cares about people who benefit him. He’s disrespectful and doesn’t listen to others' opinions, even when there's evidence. Because of this, he makes bad decisions that we, the employees, have to fix with external clients. There’s no proper leadership. No training is provided, but results are expected from day one. If you don’t deliver immediately, you’re fired. The mass tort business is niche and most people haven’t even heard of it. Without clear instructions and training, people are lost. The pay is super low, but the workload is high. I’ve worked late nights until 12am and was still told I wasn't working hard enough. This job is exhausting. If you're an international student on an F1 visa, DON'T CHOOSE THIS FIRM. You'll be pushed to do things you don’t want to keep your visa. Honestly, even if you’re desperate, look elsewhere.

Pros

Promotion can come within a few months, which gives better commission opportunities. Admin was lenient if you were hitting your performance goals. The job is easy, doesn't require much brainwork.

Cons

Public performance metrics, quite a bit of oversight, highly repetitive (all you do is make phone calls)
