Pros
First off let me just say, Felicia is fantastic. I've applied with several other contract agencies in the past, and felt that a large majority just look at the potential candidate as a number, not a person. Felicia is not like that at all, I truly feel that she cares about the people she works with.
The process I had to go through was quite lengthy, it actually spanned over a time of about 6-7 months. The company that I will be working at as a contractor had suddenly stopped hiring for a period of time when the process started, so this was by no means Felicia's or Bridge Personnel's fault. It was not even the hiring company's fault, just didn't work out during that time due to hiring restrictions. With that said, most people would give up and move on to the next candidate/company. Not Felicia. After several months of not hearing anything back, she reached out to me as soon as that company began hiring again! Her tenacity is the stuff of legend, couldn't ask for a better recruiter to work with honestly. She helped me prepare for the interview with the company, which I was very nervous about (I'm not the best at interviews), and only a day or 2 later, she got back to me with a job offer! I'm really looking forward to working with Bridge Personnel, so far it has been an amazing experience :) I even recommended that a friend of mine reach out to Felicia/Bridge for job opportunities.
