Pros
Company had a good product line for backup but not for archiving. They had good market share for their very narrow marke.
Cons
They only satisfied a finite share of the market and couldn't compete with the main stream backup products. United States management tried to establish volume purchase discounts without the backing of UK Corporate which led to disastorous consequences. I was told that they were a much larger company than they really were which made it impossible to achieve my overblown quota.
