Pros
Decent product but in a shrinking MEDITECH market. The company has been trying for years to shake its MEDITECH dependencies but so far no luck. So, they are making due. I also like the strategy of archiving/backup together, but the messaging hasn't resonated enough to be successful. Great team of people - management really care about the individuals and you will feel appreciated.
Cons
While the product is solid, it is also hard to use; professional services are needed to do just about any kind of customer configuration. The overall go to market messaging has been inconsistent and usually changed on an annual basis.
