Pros

- You learn a lot of technologies across multiple brands (Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, etc) - Working in a team. - Flexible working place and time. - Tools and devices are provided. - EPF contribution and salary payment is on-time.

Cons

- You learn a lot of technologies (by your own). Because you need to handle the project no matter what. Somehow, you need to learn it. - Working in a team (unless your team is not available, handling other project). - Flexible working place and time (depending on client requirements). A lot of client meetings. - Tools and devices are provided. Sometimes its an old device, sometimes its new.

Pros

The auditors are real people and great to work with. The work is not hard, but very time consuming. They keep people by giving them higher then average salaries. Most people get paid more then they could elsewhere so they don't leave. The clients are amazing. They are the best part about the job.

Cons

No formal training process. The Senior partners have no clue what they are doing. They keep good <cough> talent by making them minor partners. I've seen partners make employees cry. I've seen the CEO yell & scream at staff. Its just a negative environment. They imposed a "Commission" where the hard workers get such a low % most goes to the sales person like thousands of $. Yet, they want you to work harder to get that extra $99. Most new people don't last 30 days. Your performance reviews are a joke. You only get a good review if they like you. Its not based on your performance at all. They will make ** up so you don't get your commission .. of $99.

First of all, we want to thank you for your comments. All feedback helps us improve as an organization. We absolutely agree that our auditors are great and that has been passed along to the team! We would like to address some of your comments; We truly don’t believe that we have any minor partners. We feel that each of our partners is a critically valuable part of our team. We meet as a team most every week, discuss opportunities for the company and vote as a team to decide the best way forward. Each partner’s vote is weighed equally regardless of ownership percentage. We strive to give accurate and fair evaluations/performance feedback and can see in your case that you did not feel that way. We appreciate your feedback and will use this to help improve our process. Training has been an opportunity area for us. We feel that we have made great strides recently to have a more robust, interactive training experience. We are also excited to begin weekly group training sessions in August that will help our team better understand our industry and mission. We work hard on salary administration and do our best to have total compensation be in line with someone’s overall contribution to the success of the business. For our most highly compensated people the work can be quite challenging. Many of our people perform advanced analytics under very tight time frames and participate in negotiations with senior level managers. We do have a very aggressive profit share plan that is designed to pay out based on each team member’s impact on the success of the project. The process is constantly reviewed and changed as needed to maintain as great a level of fairness as possible. Again, we thank you for your feedback and we wish you the best in your future endeavors.
