Great company - Anonymous employee Bridgeall Employee Review

The head of really had no idea what was going on so easy enough to hide. Their were some nice people in my team.

Very weird culture, management has a very high opinion of themselves. All processes and systems seemed stupid and overly complicated. Not a lot of interesting projects.

The people at this company are truly its greatest asset. The team is collaborative, supportive, and talented. There’s a strong sense of camaraderie and a willingness to help one another succeed.

Unfortunately, the leadership at Director level, tends to micromanage, which undermines trust and hampers efficiency. Sadly the company’s approach to mental health is severely lacking and viewed only as a box ticking exercise. There is very little genuine support or empathy for employee wellbeing.
