Pros

1) Work at home 2) decent health benefits 3) some flexibility but not alot so its a 50/50

Cons

1) completely micro managed while using prodoscore to provide performance indicstor to management . 2) high turn over on the executive team that dont know staye compliance guidelines and do not measure up to basic performance standards 3) Culture is poor. Typical do as I say not as I do mentality 4) pto and sick time are not competitive with industry competing 5) no merit raise in 2026 even though the company stated they would. 6) poor training and support, will not allow ypu to succeed. You will be written up and put on a P.I.P. pretty easily 7) expectation to work overtime due to high claims volume. 8) high department of insurnace complaints 9) non licensed adjusters adjusting claims 10) Ownership will not help amd only hires hobby internet group people as opposed to real experience people that can actually do the job .
