      The product and the technology is great, and it's developed by smart engineers. The market is really lucrative, so I believe this company will keep growing.

      Cons

      There are no solid process that helps our daily work, the focus can switch month by month and it is often unclear.. It feels like the business team is unsure about the next big move.
