Above average pay rate for the market. Felt ok at the beginning. Somewhat ok training. Ok managers and supervisors depending on the department.
Cons
Very stressful and demanding work environment. Forever-changing guidelines made it impossible to work. Frequent staff cuts adding more workload to the staff still employed with no raise.
