Pros

• Office location is great. On the ninth floor of building near North Laine in Brighton. Excellent panoramic views of the Downs, the city and the sea. • Supportive work environment. There is a genuine regard for the concerns and well-being of the staff and the management ensures this gets sufficient consideration when implementing commercial and operational decisions within the organisation. • Funding for group outings, staff lunches, wellness contributions, birthday treats, cycle to work scheme etc. are all nice touches.

Cons

• The office can be quiet and sometimes lacks atmosphere. • A lack of sufficient technical resource limits the ability to respond to threats and opportunities which the business encounters. This can be frustrating for the staff members who are keen to see the necessary changes implemented.

They are very supportive of various humanitarian projects, which is something I truly appreciate. The team is always helpful, and stakeholders are open-minded and receptive to new ideas, fostering a very innovative environment.
