Good salary and solid benefits package — the company truly values its employees and regularly reviews compensation. Open management — you can freely share ideas, and suggestions are quickly considered and often implemented.

Some processes can be a bit bureaucratic — getting certain changes approved sometimes takes longer than expected. Fast-paced environment — during peak periods the workload increases, so you need to be good at switching quickly between tasks. Not always enough internal documentation on some projects — new hires often have to figure things out more on their own. Office (or remote work) requires strong self-organization — discipline is entirely up to you. Rare team-building events — it would be nice to have a few more offline gatherings for informal communication.
