Pros

You can get a lot of responsibility early on.

Cons

The pay is terrible and don't believe the hype. The ability to "do good" wears off soon enough when you realize that doesn't extend to your paycheck or the amount of ownership you're given regardless of how hard you're working. Don't take anything on someone's word here, get everything written down and even then, buyer beware. Too much is blamed on growth issues when the company is not a startup anymore. If you've been around for 10 years then it is probably a management issue, not a growth issue. Have seen CEO openly talk badly about multiple people/clients he has worked with. It makes you question what he will do behind your back. Lack of professionalism in my opinion.

Pros

People are generally nice Beautiful office space in FiDi Work feels meaningful CEO is humble, transparent, and seems to genuinely have the company's best interests in mind

Cons

Stringent PTO (18 days/year, no sick time) - if you're sick for a week that's nearly 1/3 of your allotment for the entire year No Macs - the laptops and systems in general feel clunky and out of date Many people are overworked and stretched too thin so it can be hard to ask for support
