      Relaxed work environment, Option to work in the office or at home.

      Cons

      Long term company plan unclear. Little direction or support from management. Actual technology being built sounds and looks cool but is a hot mess behind the scenes. Half the staff is a VP or SVP.

      Pros

      The mission is really fantastic from the top down. It is really fun to be apart of a team that combines the new world of AI and IoT, with infrastructure that has been around for hundreds of years. It is really cool to actually see the impact we are making with our own eyes. Benefits and compensation and strong and it is clear that the leadership cares about the employees.

      Nothing comes to mind, it has been fantastic thus far.
