Pros

Small company where you get to work with big brands and wear lots of different hats. The people I worked with were great: really motivated, bright, and talented. It was exciting to work with them each day.

Cons

It's been several years since I worked here, but at the time, management lacked professionalism and this had a trickle-down affect. Account managers were consistently valued over the designers and project managers who were completing the work, sometimes with very long hours. The office was understaffed, so everyone was under a lot of pressure all of the time. This made it very exciting to be there, but also it wasn't unusual to find someone crying. I think it's not unlike many other startups full of young employees and a lot of big promises by the sales and management team that are difficult to execute on.

Pros

Brightline is a great place to work! It's small which allows you to be involved in many areas within the company and you can really see how your work has an impact. I've also learned so much about the CTV space and have a ton of exposure with different media agencies and media partners. We also get to work with major brands like L'Oreal, WarnerBros, Target, Amazon, MTV, and many more!

Cons

If you are looking for a larger company and one that requires you to go into the office, then Brightline is not the place!

Pros

* None that I can remember

Cons

* If you are an ambitious, fast-paced and innovative developer, Brightline is not the healthy place for you, envious old-cargoes will sabotage your work every time and point fingers at you to make you look incompetent. first 3 months of high performance and the manager is already telling me to slow down. * First 3 months of high performance and the manager is already telling me to slow down (I dont know what that means )
