This place is the biggest joke. Considering they have been in business so long, it’s amazing how disorganized this place is. High turnover. Management fires people willy nilly. Your neighbourhood popsicles stand is run better than this place. The acquisitions they speak of? There was only one and Yeah it failed. It was ill-conceived to begin with. I mean, who buys a company that’s failing and claims it as growth!? This company’s management does! What a joke. Shows how little they know about running a company. Nothing entrepreneurial about this place - their underpaying contracts clearly state employees cannot start their own ventures while at BO. Managers, directors and execs are extremely clueless & never listen to staff. One of them (execs) hasn’t even worked at any other place and the other one has run every business to the ground. Now, let’s discuss the product. It was good - 20 years ago. They have Been trying to release the new bug ridden version for years with little to no success. It’s still over run with huge flaws, lack of new features, constant bugs, missing features which are advertised, constantly crashes, system is overloaded 99% of the time during peak and IT does its best to keep things afloat with the dated hardware. If you are thinking about purchasing their product, don’t. You are better off spending a little more for something that actually works.
