Pros

Our supervisors and management are always super accessible and very receptive to feedback and suggestions we have - every issue I've brought up to a supervisor is always addressed within the week provided it's something that can actually be fixed. Communication is always consistent and concerns are always addressed within timely matters, both within the clinic itself and with upper management and human resources. We have consistent weekly supervisions and are always given rapid feedback regarding our implementation of clients' behavior plans, so it's rare that we'll be unsure whether or not we're doing something correctly. Our scheduler is very flexible with our hours, and when last-minute issues pop up into our schedules they are always quick to accommodate as much as possible. The workplace environment is always super positive, and I greatly enjoy the company of every therapist here that I've had the pleasure of working with.

Cons

Some of the software we use is somewhat finnicky and difficult to use on occasion. The position is fairly technology-dependent, so it can be difficult to take data on days where we have internet outages.

Pros

Focus on building more consistent and scalable systems for training and supervision. Strengthening internal support structures and ensuring leadership roles are aligned with appropriate experience levels would help improve consistency and long-term outcomes.

Cons

Training and supervision can be uneven between teams, leading to differences in how services are delivered. As the company grows, internal systems and processes have not always scaled at the same pace. This can result in inconsistent support for staff and variability in day-to-day expectations. In some cases, oversight and leadership structures do not fully reflect the level of experience needed to guide clinicians effectively in a fast-growing setting.
