Assent based and NET focused ABA approach. Built in departments designed for support (Quality Assurance, Intake, Authorizations/Billing). BPB prioritizes RBT retention and clinical support/growth. BCaBA and Clinical Resident opportunities for staff collecting fieldwork hours. Monthly CEUs provided, 2 CEU days off per year, up to 3 monthly work from home days, CEU and licensing annual stipend, and bi-monthly catered lunch! Collaborative Quality Assurance team, Sr. BCBAs and Directors who support new BCBA’s and BCaBAs clinical growth.

Cons

Occasional changes to standard operating procedures as company continues to grow.
