      It pays better than similar companies in the field and offers more flexibility. The culture is positive and solution oriented. Seems to have good opportunity for advancement as the organization grows.

      Cons

      It's a newer company, so keeping up with the changes can be challenging. However, the culture is very understanding and supportive.

      Pros

      This was the best paying direct support position I found in the cities. There were always hours for over time too. I only left because I moved out of state.

      Benefits weren’t great, but at least they have them

      Pros

      Good pay and that is how they get people in. They have extremely low retention especially for management.

      Cons

      Terrible, unethical upper management specifically the CEO. Lots of finger pointing. Very toxic management team.
