Understaffed offices, underpaid caregivers and no merit increases - Branch Manager BrightSpring Health Services Employee Review

The caregivers are the lowest paid caregivers in the industry. When I was there, office personnel had not been given any metric increases in over 5 years. The workload and stress are very, very high but that is exacerbated by the fact that every office is clearly understaffed. All training is OTJ (on the job), which makes it inconsistent from office to office. There is a high turnover rate with office personnel.
