Pros

you will learn complete and total professionalism working for res care. You will also learn how to be tolerant and total team work. Res Care will promote from within so you have room to grow.

Cons

Res Care is the largest residential facility in the country so why they only pay the minimum and refuse to increase wages to ten per hour i will never understand. I also feel that fairness is not equal throughout the company, so its not what you know or if you do your job. Its who you know. You get away with wrong doing if you know someone in management. But if you dont and you do something wrong, you are termed.

Cons

The manipulation Pharmerica uses to ensure the compensation is not accurate! The market moved and the company didn’t, the benchmark is outdated but told verbatim "we are NOT a priority" The company prioritized cost control over market competitiveness
