Pros
Honestly, none. Very out of date style with bosses in fields that never use the term, and boss mentality from anyone who can last at ResCare. Not many. See 'Polcy for Sale' or the 6 Mil finding against ResCare. They do not get it, but they do not care. Even the top folks are pretty down on their luck and desperate. Don't take a job where everyone is desperate.
Cons
i do feel that some of what ResCare ma y ask you to do is illegal. Again, people do despertate things when they are down on their luck. All ResCare staff, even the smoother talkers at the top are pretty close to the hangman - and the people at all other levels stand beside him every day..
