Pros
It is a pleasure to work with the consumers. They are great. Most of the direct care staff are great too.
Cons
The manamgent and director are never around. They say one thing and do another. I feel minimal support from them. It seems that the only time they are around or have something to say is when you are doing something they deem wrong. It seems to me many decisions are driven by the budget and not by what our consumers need. I do find it sad that the money comes before DD people.
