      I had great support from supervisors, trainers, and even my bcbas

      Cons

      I wwasn't getting enough hours, and it was hard to find clients that were alot closer to my home

      The job is fully remote and they are open to you working in any state

      Cons

      Training was nonexistent. Management is super unprofessional and they would compare you to other employees. The first time around I was there the company and culture was amazing I even regretted leaving. It has declined greatly.
