      1. Supportive colleagues (Fellow APRNs and physicians) 2. Supportive corporate and site management 3. Ease of access to company physicians for consultation 4. Adequate onsite training with ongoing physician oversite during orientation period. 5. Smooth onboarding.

      Cons

      1. Insurance could be better. 2. Would love more advanced dictation capabilities.

      Pros

      This company is a great place to work. The staff are very professional and are extremely helpful. I am glad I chose to work for this company. The training that I received is top notch. I feel right at home here at Brightview!

      I cannot think of anything that is a con to working here. It's all good!

      Pros

      As an RN in substance abuse, I truly love my 9-5. Each day brings the rewarding challenge of supporting patients on their recovery journey. While the emotional challenges can be touch, witnessing clients thrive makes it all worthwhile. The camaraderie with colleagues and the fulfillment from our work creates an inspiring environment I am proud to be part of.

      Cons

      One drawback is that the health insurance could be improved for better coverage.
