Regardless of seniority, everyone in the Cooperative has a role they own and lead, contributing directly to the success of our business. Experimentation and innovation are highly encouraged, fostering a dynamic and forward-thinking environment. Transparency is very important here, ensuring that everyone is informed and involved in business planning and decision-making processes.
