      Pros

      The founder Sengal is brilliant, and more importantly, a really good person. Leadership is very transparent with the firm’s performance & goals. Being a smaller shop, it has a “we’re in it together” feel. Analysts & associates are given a lot of exposure & trusted to take responsibility. Quality work is recognized.

      Cons

      Don’t have as many social opportunities as you’d have at a big company

      Pros

      Increasingly interesting project work, entrepreneurial spirit, good office harmony, opportunity for advancement

      Cons

      NO ESPRESSO MACHINE. NO MILK FROTHER EITHER. There is a keurig and a solid pot of Cafe Bustelo every day, but if you want a latte, you'll be at Starbucks/Greg's a latte.
